Dr. Dt. Tuba Ulucanlar
After graduating from the Faculty of Dentistry at Ankara University in 1995, I began my doctoral studies in the Department of Prosthodontics in the same year. Throughout my academic career, I specialized in prosthodontics while combining scientific research with clinical practice.
In 2000, I joined the Ankara Health Clinic of the Şekerbank Foundation as a Dentist. Between 2009 and 2017, I served as Chief Dentist, overseeing clinical management, patient care services, and the development of healthcare quality standards.
I also taught undergraduate courses as a visiting lecturer at Başkent University. Since 2022, I have continued my academic career as an Assistant Professor at the International Cyprus University.
Since 2017, I have been providing patient care at my private practice in Ankara, focusing on evidence-based modern dentistry. My areas of expertise include temporomandibular joint (TMJ) disorders, dental implant treatments, aesthetic dentistry, and comprehensive general dental care.
In addition to my clinical and academic work, I have actively contributed to the dental profession through my roles as a Member of the Disciplinary Board and Vice President of the Executive Board of the Ankara Chamber of Dentists.
I currently serve as a member of the first-term Supervisory Board of the Sports Dentistry Association, established in 2024, and as a member of the Health Committee of the Turkish Boxing Federation.
I am married to Haluk Ulucanlar and the mother of Zeynep.
